Before you join Tailwind Tribes please read this:

A warning about joining tribes…

DO NOT just “join all the Tribes”! This is not a fun collection to have. In order for Tribes to work, you have to be active. You can’t be active and giving 100% if you’re a member of 29384623 Tribes. Pick 10 or so, and stick with them. Put the work in and watch it pay off.

Only join Tribes that have amazing content. If you join a tribe and it’s crap, leave! Don’t feel bad about doing what’s best for your business. Pinterest ranks your pins so you want to make sure you’re only pinning and repinning the best content.

Pin the best of your pins. Don’t pin sponsored crap, don’t pin so-so blog posts. Pin the best of the best of the bessssst, mmmmkay?

Most boards say “vertical pins only” in their rules. Even if this isn’t listed in their rules, we all know vertical pins perform better so use those!

Make sure your pin descriptions are optimized with keywords, but don’t be spammy.

Use Tribes regularly. Log into Tailwind at least once each week and spend time pinning and repinning from each Tribe.

Now that we understand how Tribes are used and what should (and should not) be pinned, let’s get to the Best Tailwind Tribes list.

Blogging Tips – Tailwind Tribes

You can pin any type of “how to blog” posts to these Tribes. Some are “free for alls” so you can pin any topic. Read the rules first.

Virtual Assistant & Blogging Tips (My new Tribe)
Blogger’s Chalkboard

All Things Beautiful

Other Tailwind Tribes

These Tribes cover other topics and are open to new contributors.

  3. I have a new tribe to add to your list please. For any types of crafts, i.e. sewing, art, kids crafts, yarn crafts, seasonal items etc – but only for the very best content to share. So pins that have been repinned at least 1,000 times. If you are looking for great content to share, and have some viral pins of your own, this is a great way to share popular content and get shared by pinners with a good following. I hope you’ll add it to your list.

  4. Hi there, awesome list! I’m going to add it to my Pinterest tutorial post.

I also recently started a tribe of my own, I’d love it if you added it to your list. I made a pretty link for it since the invite link is so long, lol, but if you want the full link, let me know!

  5. That’s so helpful! I’ve joined a few of the tribed you listed and will definitely heed your warning! Taking on too much at one time just leads to us feeling overburdened and that has a negative effect on our productivity!
